Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Construction, Engineering & Property™ 2026 for the second year running, as thousands of teammates help shape the future of the business.
The recognition from Great Place To Work® UK places Sunbelt Rentals in the Large & Super Large category and is based on confidential feedback from the people working across the business.
This year, 69% of teammates took part in the survey, with Sunbelt Rentals achieving a Trust Index score of 70% and employee engagement of 72%. The results showed positive progress across every headline measure, including leadership effectiveness, wellbeing, innovation and values.
