HAE Hire Desk Operative Apprenticeship Scheme
The HAE Hire Desk Operative Apprenticeship Scheme provides NVQ Level 2 Qualification. The scheme incorporates training modules in customer service, health and safety, and the safe use and demonstration of products used within the hire industry. The programme runs over an 18 month period, during which there is 22.5 days off-job training.
