The Hire Association is excited to announce the imminent launch of an upgraded Print on Demand portal, with a fresh design enabling access to online, downloadable safety guidance.

HAE EHA Print on Demand was first launched in 2013 and is in use by over 200 members. Web-based technology has moved on a lot since then so the association has been working on a more modernised version of the portal for almost a year.

The improved site will look and feel similar to before but have a major new feature, the option to download unique QR codes for every safety guidance leaflet. These codes can be shared with your customers or added to printed materials (with our assistance if required) and, when scanned, they’ll open the most up-to-date version of the leaflet.

So you can feel confident you’re always providing the latest and most relevant safety guidance.

QR codes have become part of everyday life so the ability to incorporate them into our product range will streamline the service enormously, making it so easy for our members’ customers to access the very latest safety guidance.”

As before members will have access to our complete range of fully licensed, co-brandable safety guidance leaflets, that can be downloaded as PDFs ready to print or email to your customers, as required. With the refreshed portal and addition of linked QR codes, keeping your safety guidance current and accessible will never be simpler.

How to Use Print-on-Demand

Step 1: Request Your License

Contact the Print-on-Demand team to order your license(s) by sending them an email.

A separate license is required for each operational outlet (one per depot). The team will advise on pricing.

Step 2: Submit Your Logo

You have the option to personalise your leaflets by adding your own logo.

Step 3: Sign the License Agreement

We’ll send you a license agreement to review and sign. Your license will become active once this is completed.

Step 4: Download and Print

After activation, you can download and print your materials. Licenses are valid for one year and renew automatically.
