The Hire Association is leading the way as an early adopter of the Fair Chance Charter. Aimed at mobilising 1000 employers to adopt the charter, the Unite 1K Campaign is staging an event in London.

One-in-four working age adults hold a criminal record, a number growing year on year. The Fair Chance Business Alliance (FCBA) provides UK employers with the resources to recruit and progress people from this talent pool.

The event will feature talks from Virgin, Youth Futures Foundation, the London Fire Brigade as well as representatives from FBCA .
