News Item: SRL Appoints Mark Eburne as CEO
SRL Traffic Systems, one of Europe’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of mobile ITS (intelligent transport system) solutions to the traffic management, local authorities, utilities, and construction sectors, has appointed Mark Eburne as chief executive officer.
The seasoned CEO has 25 years’ senior leadership experience and has worked extensively throughout the utilities, hire and construction sectors. He will bring considerable commercial expertise, which will be beneficial to SRL as it continues its growth journey. He joins SRL on 29th April from tool, fixings and building supplies retailer, FFX Group, where he was CEO.
Eburne will lead SRL as it embarks on the next stage of its ambitious growth strategy, with a continued focus on serving customers with a unique rental and service proposition.
Highlights of the last year include the expansion of the company’s product portfolio to incorporate one of the first solar powered mobile traffic signals and the strengthening of its nationwide distribution network of over 30 depots, the UK and RoI’s largest, with the launch of two new strategic centres in East Grinstead and Aberdeen.
