The partnership simplifies the process of evaluating, implementing, and supporting telematics solutions, allowing customers to focus on improving visibility, security, and operational efficiency.
The partnership gives Syrinx 365 customers a simple path to adopt fleet and asset intelligence solutions tailored to the rental industry. By bringing together telematics, tracking, and security solutions through a tailored implementation process, customers can gain greater visibility into equipment, improve asset protection, and make more informed operational decisions.

Through the partnership, Syrinx 365 customers can also access Matrix iQ’s Tag iQ solution, which is designed to track smaller and non-powered assets that may not be suited to traditional telematics. The technology leverages a secure global network of more than five billion connected devices to help locate equipment and improve asset visibility. Customers also benefit from Matrix iQ’s 24/7 theft recovery service, which targets a response time of 60 minutes across the UK.
