Dantherm Group has acquired The Hire Supply Company (UK) Ltd. (HSC) in the UK with effect from today. HSC is headquartered in Nottingham and is one of the UK’s largest distributors to the tool and plant hire industry, supplying equipment and consumables within climate control, site electrical works and related equipment. HSC has a strong reputation for availability, next-day delivery, technical expertise and after-sales service and strong compliance and quality management capabilities.

Founded in 2001, HSC has approximately 25 employees at locations in Nottingham and London within sales, service and logistics and a strong customer base across the UK hire channel.

The acquisition gives Dantherm Group direct access to the UK tool and plant hire and construction distribution channel and a well-established platform for bringing the Group’s heating, cooling, drying, air cleaning and ventilation products to hire customers across the country.

The acquisition of HSC is another key milestone in Dantherm Group’s expansion strategy, strengthening Dantherm’s position as the Nr. 1 partner to help organizations, governments, businesses and individuals deal with increasing weather extremes with a broad range of products and solutions supporting to efficiently manage the climate challenge.
