PRESS RELEASE: AFI Shortlisted For Two Institute of Customer Service Awards

AFI has been shortlisted for two awards in a prestigious award scheme run by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) to recognise organisations that have implemented successful customer service strategies.

AFI has reached the 2017 finals of the ICS Customer Commitment category and the Employee Engagement category of the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards. The winners are due to be announced on 7 March after being judged by a panel of industry experts, business leaders and academics.

AFI Customer Service Director Carlo Vinci said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for these awards amongst names such as BUPA, TSB and Carillion.
