PRESS RELEASE: A Seventh Successive Experteye Award For Ogilvie As It Wins Top Fleet Accolade For Customer Service
Fleet decision-makers have voted Ogilvie the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers in the 2017 Experteye awards.
Topping the category, which recognises service to fleet operators with more than 250 vehicles, makes it an unprecedented seventh year in succession that the contract hire and fleet management specialist has won an Experteye award.
Fast-growing Ogilvie Fleet has, in recent years, seen the number of company cars and vans on its books under lease and fleet management arrangements expand to more than 15,000 with industry-leading customer service and cutting-edge IT instrumental in underpinning that growth.
The latest triumph further builds on Ogilvie Fleet’s quintet of customer service awards and a customer innovation award won in the previous six years, thus further underlining the company’s leadership of the UK contract hire and leasing industry in putting clients first.
The Experteye awards cover eight different fleet and automotive categories in total. Ogilvie’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2016 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.
Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, which asks an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.
Experteye’s chairman and founder Rick Yarrow said: “To win the category for customer service once again is extremely impressive. But for this to become Ogilvie’s seventh successive Experteye award, across multiple categories, is quite breath-taking.
“What makes our awards so sought after by contract hire and fleet management specialists is, rather than being awarded by a judging panel, they are based on independent feedback we receive from customers. There is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves to decide who is delivering the best service.”
The Fleeteye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Companies that subscribe enjoy flexible back-end reporting and the ability to tailor the question sets so that they are meaningful. Fleet managers who complete the survey also benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data giving them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators.
Nick Hardy, sales and marketing director, Ogilvie Fleet, said: “Without innovation and customer service excellence companies decline. Ogilvie Fleet prides itself on delivering both to customers, which is one of the key reasons why the company is expanding.
“Seven consecutive Experteye awards underlines the consistency of excellent service delivery across the business by our employees.
“Operating in a mature market in which many organisations have a similar product portfolio, consistently excellent customer service is among the standout offerings from Ogilvie Fleet.
“It is particularly gratifying to be recognised by Experteye because the awards are wholly independent as they are governed by private responses from fleet decision-makers. The award therefore recognises how our customers truly feel about the service they receive from Ogilvie Fleet.”
