News Item: Point of Rental's Fulfilment Fills Out Feature Set

Point of Rental’s Contract Fulfilment module connects counters with depot staff in realtime. In 2019, it’s expanded capabilities to enhance service to the event hire industry. RFID support is now supported in its customer blind scan feature, allowing businesses to scan returned items and immediately receive it to the proper contract, closing the contract when everything is returned. RFID/Barcode scanned items are automatically sent to designated next steps in the process of getting ready-to-hire based on the action being performed - items being returned from a hire, for example, can be set to Wash or Dirty, depending on your business’s labelling system.
