News Item: Hire Association Europe Asks Members to Support Fairness, Inclusion and Respect in Construction
The Steering Group for the Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) Programme is looking for two new representatives.
They would like one of the representatives to be from a small or medium-sized enterprise (250 employers or fewer) operating in the construction and built environment sector, and we think this could be a great opportunity for an HAE member.
The FIR Programme strives to make workplaces even better for everyone by providing free, construction industry-endorsed training and resources, guidance and materials, that supports businesses to be more innovative and profitable by addressing workplace culture challenges and helps attract and retain people from the full pool of talent. This work has been funded by CITB, since 2015, through the Growth and Flexible Funds.
If you are aware of someone in your organisation, with a passion for Fairness, Inclusion and Respect in Construction who you think would be appropriate for the role, please encourage them to apply.
Guidance on the Role and How To Apply
If you'd like to know a little more about the FIR Programme you can speak to HAE EHA Commercial Manager Paul Gaze on 0121 380 4609.
