A 25 day programme delivered in 5 modules. Module 1 runs from Monday 29th January until Friday 2nd February 2024 in Solihull, West Midlands
This programme is aimed at workers in the role of Hire Desk Operative or Hire Controller. Delegates attend a 5-week modular training programme, an on-site assessment, and are awarded a Level 2 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). The training focusses on sales and customer service techniques, as well as practical sessions on safe use and awareness on a wide range of tools and equipment.
