The purpose of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is:
The 2014 Articles of Association allow member companies to put forward an 'authorised representative' as a candidate for a position on the relevant industry board. The candidate will become a Non-Executive Supply Chain Board Member for their industry.
HAE EHA members will be able to vote to select the candidates from their industry sector of the Association at the AGM on Wednesday 19th July.
Each Industry Board consists of up to 8 elected Non-Executive Board Members, and the Executive Director. The various boards will elect a Chairperson and Vice-Chair from among the elected Board Members, and nominate a representative for the Main Company Board.
