The Hire Association Europe and Event Hire Association Annual General Meeting will take place online, more details and joining instructions will follow soon.
The AGM is held annually with the purposes of approving the company accounts and the election of non-executive board members to our three industry sector boards, outlined below:
Board members are required to act in the best interest of Hire Association Europe and Event Hire Association, give strategic direction to the industry sector and to the company. The role will include scrutiny of written papers and can involve contributing to project working groups. The normal term for an elected board member is two years.
