Case Study
HAE Commercial Finance recently assisted a client who had two specific problems: new equipment was required to supplement their fleet to service a new contract and the directors were finding that the business cash flow was being seriously restricted by clients taking longer to pay off their monthly accounts, often leaving amounts close to £60,000 outstanding at the month end.
HAE Commercial Finance used a bespoke invoice finance facility to release an initial £50,000 cash sum, which included debtor insurance to ensure the business would not be seriously affected if one of their clients failed whilst owing money to the organisation.
By releasing this valuable capital, the business was able to provide a substantial deposit on the asset finance facility arranged by HAE Commercial Finance, enabling the best financial terms to be negotiated for the client.
