HAVS Management System
We have two solutions available to aid the management of HAVS, both from PDS Aros.
I-BOOT - Intelligent, Auditable, Affordable
I-BOOT is an easy to use tool that aids the management of risk to Hand-Arm Vibration and consists of 2 components. One is permanently attached to the tool and programmed with the tool vibration data and the second part belongs to the operator and is transferred from tool to tool recording usage at different vibration levels and then produces downloadable and auditable data on the user's exposure to vibration.
ToTm - Total Operator & Tool Management
ToTm consists of 3 components: a sensor, a receiver and a programmer. The sensor is attached to a tool permanently and in its automatic setting requires no vibration data provision. The receiver can be in a variety of formats, currently a watch version is available, and this then communicates with the sensor using RF technology and records the actual vibration exposure. This information is easily downloaded and fully auditable. The accelerometers are fully calibrated and issued with a certificate.
