Trime UK, the manufacturer and supplier of sustainable site lighting sets have delivered ten of their new X-Eco LED lighting towers to the Watford depot of the independent equipment hire firm, Eveready Hire.
This is the first order that Eveready have placed with Trime UK.
The Trime X-Eco LED is a compact, energy saving lighting tower with many sustainable features built-in as standard. Trime have calculated that the X-ECO uses approximately €400.00 (£336.00) less in fuel each month, when compared to many lighting sets currently available. These savings equate to a reduction in C02 output by around 888kg per month. Thirteen X-ECO’s can be loaded on one single truck which potentially means less traffic on the already busy UK road system.
Eveready’s Watford depot manager, Jim Edwards said, “In our opinion the Trime lights are an ideal product for our hire fleet. They are whisper-quiet and combine environmental, fuel saving qualities with a robust build that is appreciated by our clients.”
Eveready Hire is an independent company providing a wide range of modern equipment principally to the construction industry. They have depots in Leatherhead, Godstone and Watford, supplying a wide range of tools, plant and access machinery.
Trime is a new company with significant experience in the lighting tower market. The company is headed by technical director, Andrea Fontanella and the UK operations are managed by Paul Hay.
