A division of Arnold Clark Finance Ltd and a member of the Arnold Clark Group, Europe’s largest independently-owned vehicle dealer group, Activa Contracts prides itself on delivering a consultancy service to customers allied to a personal service.

As a result, Activa Contracts continues to develop innovative initiatives to support customers. Recently launched solutions include:
Indeed, the company’s end-of-contract vehicle damage management procedure and its process for managing subsequent charges won particular praise from the Award judges.
Activa Contracts was one of four finalists for the ‘Leasing Company of the Year - up to 20,000 Vehicles’ Award. In naming the company as the winner, the independent panel of judges commented: “Activa has an outstanding end of contract process and fines administration policy which alleviate many of the concerns and points of conflict fleets have with leasing companies. Its broad product offering, commitment to customer service and long-standing partnerships with key fleets made it a worthy winner.”
Mr Hill added: “This is a fantastic achievement. We are a people business and the award is testament to the team’s total commitment to deliver the highest quality service to our customers at all times. Winning a fleet industry ‘Oscar’ is a triumph in which everyone employed by Activa Contracts can share.
“Winning such an award is not down to luck. It is the result of hard work by a lot of people to deliver industry-leading fleet products and solutions to customers backed up by a willingness to ensure whatever clients require they receive to improve the efficiency and operational effectiveness of their transport operation.”
